Cancellation and Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for full refund. After 6 hours, order goes to printing and cannot be cancelled.

2. When Can You Return?

We accept returns only if:

– Item damaged or wrong print (report within 7 days)

– Wrong item shipped (different design/size)

– Bad print quality (fading, peeling, misalignment)

3. What Cannot Be Returned?

– Items worn, washed, or used

– Customized/personalized designs

– Items damaged by customer

– Sale items (unless defective)

4. Return Process Step-by-Step

1. Email info@kcontinum.com within 7 days of delivery

2. Include: Order number, photos of problem, reason for return

3. We email you Return Authorization and shipping label if eligible

4. Ship item back within 7 days of authorization

5. Return Shipping Costs

– WE PAY: If item defective or wrong item sent

– YOU PAY: If you changed mind or want different size

– Original shipping charges not refundable

6. Refund Processing Time

– Refunds processed in 5-10 business days after we receive return

– Refund goes to original payment method

– Banks may take 2-7 more days to show refund

7. Special Rule for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

– Refunds done by BANK TRANSFER only (NEFT/IMPS)

– You must provide bank details (Account No, IFSC, Name)

– Refunds take 7-10 business days

– COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

8. Exchanges Policy

We don’t do direct exchanges. Return item and place new order.

9. About Our Printing Partner

All products printed and shipped by Qikink. Allow 2-3 business days for printing before shipping.
