By using Kcontinum.com, you agree to these Terms. We can update terms anytime.
2. How Our Business Works
Kcontinum is print-on-demand:
– Products made AFTER you order
– Production by partner Qikink
– Small print/color variations may happen
– Designs printed using DTG/ DTF technology
3. Product Information
– Images for reference – actual colors may vary
– Apparel preshrunk but may shrink 3-5% after wash
– Follow washing instructions
4. Ordering & Payment
– Payments via Razorpay (Cards, UPI, Net Banking)
– Prices in ₹ include GST
– Order confirmation doesn’t guarantee availability
– We can cancel orders for pricing errors
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
By selecting COD:
– You authorize delivery agent to collect cash
– You agree to accept package and pay full amount
– Multiple failed COD attempts may block your address
– COD depends on location availability
6. Third-Party Services
– Qikink: Makes and ships products
– Razorpay: Processes online payments
– Not responsible for third-party service problems
7. Design Ownership
– All designs owned by Kcontinum or licensed artists
– Cannot copy, reproduce, or resell our designs
– Report copyright issues to info@kcontinum.com
8. Our Responsibility Limit
Responsibility limited to order value. Not responsible for:
– Delays by Qikink/shipping partners
– Small print variations (normal in printing)
– Indirect damages from product use
9. Governing Law
These terms follow Indian laws. Disputes in [Guwahati] courts.
